Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Gamble Galaxy Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Gamble Galaxy Affiliate Program, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of them, you must not apply to or participate in the Gamble Galaxy Affiliate Program.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  "Affiliate" means any individual or entity that participates in the Gamble Galaxy Affiliate Program.

  "Affiliate Program" means the Gamble Galaxy Affiliate Program as described in these Terms and Conditions.

  "Commission" means the amount payable to the Affiliate in accordance with the Commission Structure.
• •
  "Commission Structure" means the structure for calculating Commissions as set out in these Terms and Conditions or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

  "Gamble Galaxy", "we", "us", or "our" means Gamble Galaxy Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies.

  "Marketing Materials" means any marketing materials provided by Gamble Galaxy to the Affiliate for use in promoting Gamble Galaxy's casino brands.
• •
  "Player" means any individual who registers with and deposits funds with any of Gamble Galaxy's casino brands through the Affiliate's Marketing Materials.
• •
  "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

3. Affiliate Obligations

The Affiliate shall:

  Promote Gamble Galaxy's casino brands in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any guidelines provided by Gamble Galaxy.
• •
  Only use Marketing Materials provided by Gamble Galaxy or approved by Gamble Galaxy in writing.
• •
  Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices in connection with the Affiliate Program.
• •
  Not target individuals under the legal gambling age in the jurisdictions they are targeting.
• •
  Not target jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or where Gamble Galaxy's casino brands do not accept players.
• •
  Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of practice in connection with the Affiliate Program.
• •
  Not engage in any activity that could reasonably be expected to damage the reputation of Gamble Galaxy or its casino brands.

4. Commission Structure

Commissions will be calculated in accordance with the Commission Structure set out on the Gamble Galaxy Affiliate Program website or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Gamble Galaxy reserves the right to modify the Commission Structure at any time by providing written notice to the Affiliate.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid in accordance with the payment terms set out on the Gamble Galaxy Affiliate Program website. Gamble Galaxy reserves the right to withhold payment of Commissions if it reasonably believes that the Affiliate has breached these Terms and Conditions.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall commence on the date the Affiliate is accepted into the Affiliate Program and shall continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Gamble Galaxy may terminate these Terms and Conditions immediately if the Affiliate breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Marketing Materials and Gamble Galaxy's casino brands are owned by Gamble Galaxy or its licensors. The Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Marketing Materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Affiliate Program in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Confidentiality

The Affiliate shall keep confidential all information provided by Gamble Galaxy that is marked as confidential or that could reasonably be expected to be confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gamble Galaxy shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of use, or any special, indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by the Affiliate arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Indemnity

The Affiliate shall indemnify Gamble Galaxy against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses (including any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation, and all interest, penalties, and legal costs and all other reasonable professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by Gamble Galaxy arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Amendments

Gamble Galaxy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing written notice to the Affiliate. The Affiliate's continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such notice shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
